The Weaponization of Antisemitism with Cherie Brown
Skill Training Miniseries
Based on participant enthusiasm from her recent Weaponization of Antisemitism class in the fall of 2025, Cherie Brown will be offering a new two-session miniseries this winter, focused on skill training and real life application around issues of antisemitism, the intersection of antisemitism and racism, and Israel/Palestine.
Registrants for the new skill training miniseries will automatically receive recordings from Cherie’s introductory class. If you have not watched Cherie’s initial series, we request that you please watch all three recordings before beginning this new skill training miniseries.
More detailed class information and Cherie’s biography can be found below.

Please note:
Cherie plans to teach another miniseries in the Spring of 2026 (dates TBD) for anyone who wants to learn how to replicate and train others in the skills Cherie will be teaching in this winter’s skill training miniseries. Over two “Train the Trainer” sessions, participants will learn how to lead skill training sessions in their synagogue, church, mosque, or other community group. Stay tuned for further details and registration.
Skill Training Miniseries - Class Details
Tuesday January 13th, 7-9pm ET - Listening and Building Allies With People We Strongly Disagree With
In today's divided world, it's easy to only engage with those who agree with us. But building a larger and stronger movement to bring about systemic change will require relationship building and winning over allies.
In this session, we will explore tools for listening to people we strongly disagree with, understanding what blocks us from hearing them, and healing the emotions that get in the way. Skills will be taught for listening undefensively, drawing others out, and knowing when and how to share our own point of view. During the session, the group will choose a divisive political issue we don’t agree on and learn how to listen to the heartfelt concerns underneath divisive positions.
Tuesday January 27th, 7-9pm ET - Practical Application Using Real-life Scenarios
In this session, participants will be invited to e-mail Cherie before the class to share live situations they are dealing with in their lives related to antisemitism, the intersection of antisemitism and racism, or Israel/Palestine issues. For instance, this might be a relative who takes opposing positions, an organization wanting to pass a resolution that divides its members, a local election mired in claims of antisemitism, etc. Cherie will select several live scenarios and demonstrate skills for handling each situation with coalition building skills. There will be work in pairs to practice the skills Cherie is demonstrating.

The Weaponization
of Antisemitism
(Fall 2025)
Class Descriptions
Tuesday October 21st - Dynamics of Christian antisemitism
The first class focuses on the historic forces of antisemitism, specifically Christian antisemitism, that are relevant to what is going on in the present. Cherie unpacks and simplifies the Teachings of Contempt, the reasons behind Christian Evangelical support of Israel, and the history behind the alignment of mainstream Jewry with the Christian right.
Tuesday October 28th - Weaponization of antisemitism on campus
The second class explores the current weaponization of antisemitism on college campuses and how the pretense of supporting Jews has all of the ingredients of classic, historic antisemitism.
Tuesday November 4th - Antisemitism on the Left, Israel, and Zionism
The third and final class focuses on unaddressed antisemitism on the left and how that has left a vacuum that the right has gladly rushed in to fill with the weaponization of antisemitism for its own undemocratic goals. Cherie offers an understanding of how the Holocaust, the Nakba, and Imperialism form three pillars that all need to be understood in relation to contemporary antisemitism, Israel, and Zionism.
Please note, while this class has concluded, a new skill building miniseries is currently being offered by Cherie. Scroll up to register for that miniseries or click here and you will automatically receive all three recordings from this introductory class.
