Legacy Fund Week 4 - A tribute for Arthur
In Judaism, the wandering Israelites made a tribute (terumah) to help build the holy tabernacle that housed the Divine presence. In nature, a tributary winds its way into a larger body of water. As part of our Reb Arthur Waskow Legacy Fund, a tribute refers to a simple video recording that you can make of yourself saying hello to Arthur, offering him well wishes and sharing how he has impacted you and your life.
In all three of these examples, seemingly individual elements con-tribute to a greater whole - a more inclusive Oneness. This has been a core message of Arthur’s for decades and now we get to embody it ourselves, as a gift to him.
To submit a short video for Arthur, click the button below and follow the simple instructions. Technophobes, have no fear! We are using an easy-to-use platform called “Tribute” to record and submit videos. And if you do have any questions, please reach out to legacy@theshalomcenter.org for help.
We will compile all video submissions into a tribute video, which we will share with Arthur and make public.
