Prophetic Public Action to Transform Judaism

From climate catastrophe to white supremacy, economic exploitation to patriarchy, we face an intertwined and existential spiritual “super-crisis.” To address this super-crisis, The Shalom Center is embarking on an organizational transformation, committed to ensuring that a new generation of prophetic Judaism helps orient and inspire the Jewish community through the many challenges ahead. ​​As Founder & Director Rabbi Arthur Waskow plans for his own succession, he, The Shalom Center’s Associate Director, Rabbi Nate DeGroot, the Board, and key stakeholders are developing a strategic vision and fundraising strategy to enact the bold transition.
